Currently we are offering 3 tiers of service for our Mobile Website Design clients. We understand small business needs, and we appreciate that sometimes you’re working withing budget constraints. So we’ve broken out our levels of service to give you a few starting options. Our service levels are:
The Self Starter – For small business owners who want to build their own site, but don’t even know where to start.
Mobilize Me – For businesses that have an existing website, but would like to do a total remodel, get a great start in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and learn how to manage their site on their own.
The Black Box With A View – Often times websites are “black box” items to business owners. They don’t know what goes in there, and have never accessed their own site before. RLC Design manages the site, ensures security, and works on site optimization with you year round. But the kicker is you’re allowed to work on your site too!
The Self Starter
This package is for clients who like to get their hands into their own website development. We’ll help you get your new mobilized website up and running, and you’ll fill it in on your own. You’ll be ready to get your content live and on the net, and the site will be mobile ready. The big part here is that you’ll be getting all the content into the site on your own.
- Registration of your new domain name if you don’t have one yet. If you do, we can continue using your current address and hosting provider.
- Installation of WordPress on your webserver.
- Installation of multiple security packages to ensure the stability of your website against attacks on the site, spam, and Internet Bots.
- Website style selection, and licensing for the WordPress Mobile theme of your choice.
- Theme template installation and front page setup.
- One day training on your new site installation. We’ll guide you through Menu creation, creating new pages, posting on your blog, and managing your WordPress installation.
- You’ll receive a training DVD on working with your site, so if you forget what we reviewed during training you can always watch the DVD.
We’ll be at your location for 2 full days with this package. Day One, site style selection, WordPress Installation, & Security Setup. Day Two, hands on training, page development with you the client inputting the information, and instruction on filling in your site’s content.
Mobilize Me
Our standard package gets your website “mobilized” for today’s portable computer devices. RLC Design will come to your park’s location and work directly with park managers or owners on:
- Website style selection
- Installation of multiple security packages to ensure the stability of your website against attacks on the site, spam, and Internet Bots.
- Creating new pages that work with mobile devices
- Photographing your park, the amenities, and including the edited images on your website. All images photographed for your park will be left with you for use in any marketing materials you like.
- Populating multiple pages of information about your park including a Rates Page, Contact Page, Directions Page (using Googlemaps), Local Area Info Page, and a Gallery Page with your own images in it.
- Up to 10 inside pages included in this package
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to ensure you stay at the top of the page rankings for parks in your area.
- Blog Setup so that you can post upcoming events to encourage visitors to your area to utilize your park for their travel plans.
- Staff training so you can update your website going forward, manage your blog, and keep in contact with your customers.
- Statistics via your website and Google Analytics.
- A DVD tutorial disk about your park’s new website and how your staff can use it.
The Black Box With A View

And more often than not, web developers don’t want the business owners poking around in the site. Finally, many businesses would rather not manage their site day to day. With this service level you can have the best of both worlds.
RLC Design manages the site, ensures security, and works on site optimization with you year round. But the kicker is you’re allowed to work on your site too! So it really is a black box with a view!
There’s no list with this service level. Everything is customized based on your business needs and how those needs are reflected in your website design.
